CNIL - Personal information

The personal data that you have transmitted to this non-profit site (associations under the 1901 law, associations under the 1908 law of local law in Alsace and Moselle, foundations and endowment funds), when you register, may be used to create the directory of resource persons on the extranet. They are also used to send our newsletter or any other information e-mail. Under no circumstances will they be communicated to third parties.

Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and in particular Article 24-II thereof, you have the right to modify and delete data concerning you. You can send your request to contact (a) socialgoodaccelerator.eu

The Social Good Week team collects, processes and uses personal data in compliance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004.
If the possibility to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, name, addresses, account information, etc.) is offered, the entry of such data is voluntary.
You can object to this use of data at any time, for example if you no longer wish to be informed about the work of Social Good Week. Furthermore, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to obtain information about your stored data free of charge and the right to correct, block or delete this data.

In addition, personal data is processed to the extent necessary to process an order. We store the personal data of supporting members and donors to the extent that this is necessary for the administration of donations or for the needs of the association or if the user has consented to this, e.g. to receive additional information about the work of Social Good Week.
If you enter a comment on our website, the data you have entered (name, email address, URL if applicable) will be stored. If the comment is published, it will appear under your name. By entering your comment, you agree to this storage and publication.

Disclosure of data to third parties

Your data will not be passed on or made accessible to third parties for use outside this statement.
When we submit our forms, we provide information such as the first name, last name and location of the person filling in the form. This data is only used for the purpose of the project related to that form and may not be used by third parties for any other purpose.
We do not use the commonly used buttons offered by Internet social media service providers (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), which make it easy to post calls to action on one's own Facebook or Twitter profile. These buttons automatically transmit information about all visitors to a website to the service providers. With the buttons used on our website, a connection to the services is only established on our pages when you click on the button, for example when you have decided to publish content on your social media profile. No data transfer takes place before that.

The videos you can see on our website are stored on YouTube, an Alphabet company. Our website has been set up in such a way that no data can yet be collected by YouTube when you open the page. If you choose to watch the video on our website, the data will be collected and stored by YouTube.
In order to perform our tasks and manage our business processes, we use the services of external companies and provide them with data for data processing. This is the case, for example, for the mailing of our publications, as we use the services of a mailing service provider. We also work with external service providers for member management, who do the database work for us.
We conclude data protection agreements with all such external service providers in advance. The service providers are only allowed to use the data for the execution of the order in accordance with our instructions and the data is deleted after the execution of the order.
